Please Note: This is not just a General Labor position, however it does require manual labor. The ideal candidate will possess craftsmanship and management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of on-site construction/mason experience in directly related field
• Concrete, Construction and/or Hardscape knowledge
• Ability to perform physical work and office related tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage all resources to ensure customer receives finished product in accordance with all   contractual obligations
• Develop and maintain pre-construction, construction and post-construction schedules
• Establish a project team to deliver project on time, with in budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Oversee project to ensure quality of work and adherence to budget, time line and specifications.
• Prepare change orders
• Manage sub-contractors and vendors
• Verify all invoices
• Review job cost reports to monitor progress compared to estimate
• Maintain communications
• Monitor all safety guidelines
• Verify all employee time cards

Quality Control
• On-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready, and addressing any concerns
• Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the crew works to job specifications and follows the plans
• Inspecting and measuring completed work
