As a former Army Special Operations leader and now founder of Growth Navigator Solutions, I’ve spent my career helping leaders perform at their highest level—whether in combat zones or boardrooms. Today, I work with business owners and leadership teams to align their people, purpose, and processes so they can achieve scalable, sustainable growth. Over two decades in Army Aviation taught me that the best teams aren’t built by chance—they’re built through clarity, trust, and deliberate leadership. The same holds true in business. When leaders understand how their mindset, communication, and structure influence the talent they attract and retain, everything changes. We will explore how to rethink what “top talent” means, how to develop people who want to stay and grow, and how to lead with authenticity in an environment that’s constantly changing. My goal isn’t to lecture—it’s to help leaders see the connection between who they are and the results their teams deliver, and to equip them with tools they can apply the moment they walk out of the room.
