Experience Summary:
Ms. Blain is a Certified Dale Carnegie Facilitator & Talent Management Consultant for the South-Central Pennsylvania area. She has been with Dale Carnegie Training for six years and works with individuals, small groups and leadership professionals across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining the Dale Carnegie Training team, Ms. Blain worked for nearly 25 years for a PA-based Fortune 500 company where she held positions of increasing responsibility within the business area of human resources. Her focus over the years has been primarily in the areas of talent acquisition, assessment, onboarding, leadership development and succession planning.
